General Matorlioff is commanding the advance. . - 4 Tokio reports show that thre# Russian columns advanced southward 1 in the vicinity of the railway on tha 18th inst., and simultaneously five., hflfldfed cavalry attacked the field; , hospital Kangin. The Japanese dispersed the attackers inflating loss on them.
