THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, the Council of the Borough ot Foxton hereby resolves as follows “ That Gray Street leading from Main Street to Harbour Street shall be stopped, and shall hereafter cease to be a public highway.” ...
