THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by The Municipal Corporations Act, igoo, the Council of the Borough ot Foxt-m hereby resolves as follows “ That Gray Street leading from Main Street to Harbour Street shall be stopped, and shall hereafter cease to be a public highway.” And that a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council shall be held on Monday, reth June, 1905, to confirm the above Special Order.
