The Foxton Racing Club have given much evidence ot progress in late years, and I trust the Conference will consider the claim satisfactorily. Mr J. R. Whyte lias resigned his position as secret ary to the hoxton Racing Club, after a period extending over ten years, during which time he filled the office capably. Applications for the position will he called immediately.
