The Russian killed, wounded and prisoners on land and sea since the 'outset of the war is four hundred thousand. Admiral Nieclbogatoff’s squadron is sn Suda Bay. OFFICIAL MESSAGE. THE RUSSIANS IN FULL FLIGHT. London, March 17. An official telegram has been received from Tokio, dated the xsth instant, as follows “We are everywhere driving the Russians before us. “ The enemy has evacuated Tiding, and proceeded to Kiiyilan. " Kaiyuan, which, is situated on the confines, pf the Manchurian desert, is inferior to Tieling for purposes of defence. ‘‘The capture of Tieling relieves thousands of junks, which have long been detained on the upper Liao, and sets free vast accumulations of supplies. “ The Mikado has thauked the armv for its signal victory, which, he states, has enhanced Japan’s military prestige at home and abroad, “ His Majesty states that he is 'deeply gratified at the courage and endurance which the troops have displayed, and looks for even greater exertions in the future.”
