NOTES. By “ Cimvalkv." Foxton punters were all in on Ngatarua yesterday in the Welter, but the bis bay disappointed then. A Melbourne cable states that Blinker has been sold to Mr Wren for 1650 guineas, and Roller to Mr L. Kelly for 600 guineas. Young McAleer was widely respected, and iris death will prove a great loss to Alf. Attwood in whose employ the deceased horseman was for some considerable time. He was associated with all wins on Miss King, which mare was unfortunately the coarse of his demise. It was deceased who steered Killarncy to victory at the recent Foxton meeting.
