Lt ON, Feb. 17. General Grinenh <r x vho has ho.cn relieved of his command, has arrived at St. Petersburg. Five hundred Russian cavalry advanced to Hantaitzu and another reached Raochangezau.

The Japanese attacked, dislodged and pursued the Russians t o wards Haizuetmn. Altogether ten squadrons of Russians wore engaged.
