RUSSIAN GENERALS QUARRELLING.
Marshall Oyaraa reports that the Japanese hold firmly the lino of the Hunho, their extr me flank being established on the right bank. Chinese statements that the Japanese were unprepared to resist misled the Russians into attacking General Oku.
There are persistent reports that General Gripenberg accuses General Kuropatkin of inadequately reinforcing him during tbe progress of the fighting. The two Generals a:e utterly at variance and General Gripenberg would like to re 1 urn. The Russian provisions are scarce.
