Penalties.—Flat Races—The winmr of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlhs., and 0 levery additional race a further penalty oi7lbs. Horses handicapped at Bst lOibs or over to carry half the above penalties. Hcedle Races.—The winner of any Hurdle Race after the dec’antion of weights to carrv a penalty of 10 bs in tire Hurdle Race, and for every additional race ft further penalty of 7!bs. .
