Foxton Rifle Club.

A meeting of the above was held on Tuesday evening at the Post Office Hotel, Mr G. Gray being voted to the chair.

It was decided that Messrs Rand, Walsh, and M. Newth be appointed handicappers for the Match Competition, which will be fired at intervals, [A start was made with this match at the range yesterday afternoon.] Mr R. Hickson has presented a trophy for the highest scorer oi the first competition.
