No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. Every entry must state the name or assumed name of Ihe owner or owners and the name, age, pedigree, and descripion of the horse, together with the colors of the rider, entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible Opportunity, No betting allowed on the course except through the medium of the totalisator.
