The wireless telegraphy station at the foot of Golden Hill, Port Arthur, has been damaged. The arsenal was fired and partly destroyed. THE BALTIC FLEET. The French Press allege that Admiral Rozdestvensky inspired dado’s agitation for a third squadron since the Baltic fleet 13 incapable of successfully engaging Admiral Togo unless reinforced. Great sympathy is felt with Clado. Kleado declares the third squadron will not be ready until August next and many doubt it it will sail owing to the scarcity of Bailors, even the Baltic fleet being partly manned with soldiers.
