Hack means a horse that has not-at time of entry won a r ice of the value of 80 sovs., or laces of the collective value of 200 sovs., s'nce Ist , Angu-t, 1899, and is not nominated in any open race at the me ting. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. Every entry must state .the name or assumed name of iho owner or owneig and the name, age, pedigree, and d> scripion of the horse, together with the colors of the rider.
