Penalties.— Flat Races—The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs., and of every additional race a further penalty of 7lhs. Horses handicapped at Bst lOlbs 01 over to carry half the abov* penalties. Hurdle Races.— The winner of any Hurdle Race after the decoration of weights to carrv a penalty of 10'bs in the Hurdle Race, and for every additional race ft further penalty of 7lbs.
