Penalties. —Flat Races —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of Weights to carry a penalty of 101bs., and Of every additional race a further penalty of 71bs. Horses handicapped at Bst lOibs 01 over to carry half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.— The winner of any Hurdle Race after the dec’antion of weights to carry a penalty of lOibs in the Hurdle Race, and for every additional race » further penalty of 71bs.
