Penalties.— Flat Races—The winner of any, flat race after the declaration of weighty to carry a penalty of lOlbs., and of every additional race a farther penalty of 7lbs; Horses handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over to carry half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.— The winner of any Bardie Race after the decoration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs in the Hurdle Race, and for every additional race a farther penalty of 71bs. Nominations for all even's, except Mgiden Hack Hurdles and Maiden Hack
