Divisional commanders are to be stationed at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Quetta, Poona, Meerut, Lucknow, Secunderabad, and Rangoon. When mobilisation is ordered, it will he possible to concentrate in a few hours eight field forces, each fifteen to twenty thousand strong, along the frontier.
