FRENCH NAVAL DOINGS. CAIRO, Oct. 10. Two French destroyers and tea torpedoerg have passed Port Said. They are proceeding to the Far East. THE SUEZ BLOCKED. A telegram from Port Said states the steamer Orient is aground at the northern entrance to Lake Timsha, in the middle of the Suez Canal, and obstructs traffic. DREYFUS CASE AGAIN. PARIS, Oct. 10. General Dessirier, Governor of Paris, has re-arrested Rollin Daut* riche Marechar for conconcting evid« ence in connection with the notorious trial of Dreyfus, at Rennes, in order 41 that he may be courtmartialled.
