WOLFE'S BOH APPS invigorates the bowels and kidneys. Ask for WOLFE’S.

THE CATHEDRAL CHORISTERS GLEE AND CONCERT PARTY. On Wednesday next the above company will make their appearance at the Public Hall, when a first-class programme will be presented. One of the very interesting items is the Cathedral Choristers—four lads, two sopranos and two altos—whose refined and artistic singing displays a perfect balance of tone, distinct articulation and excellent expression. In the midst of a plethora of adult voices, it has become a rare occurrence to hear any of the beautiful effects on the stage, of youthful voices properly trained. The Cathedral Choristers have attained the reputation of supplying this, and during their recent tour in Australia and the southern parts of New Zealand, have met with great success. Miss Alice Layton, another member of the company, possesses a fine cultured soprano voice, and her excellent rendering of Tosti’s “ Goodbye ” is pronounced perfect. Kellmann, the magician, who will make his first appearance before the Foxton public, is a past master ot the magic art, and introduces a series of firstclass tricks and illusions. Mr Carden Wilson, Australia’s greatest mimic; his entertainment is considered the finest ever presented in New Zealand, and his impersonations of well-known actors and celebrities are without equal; amongst others, Bland Holt, Cuyler Hastings, Robert Brough, John F. Sheridan, and many more are portrayed with life-like fidelity. Mr Geo. Warsaw, operatic basso, and Mr Leslie Warton, the famous coon melodist, are included in the very unique and artistic combination ot music, mirth, and mystery. Reserved seats can be booked at Fraser’s Stationery.
