KURORTS MOVEMENTS. The times’ correspondent with Kuroki on Saturday morning describes the flanking movement, which progressed by a series of night attacks. He is within five miles of the railway line and ten miles north of Liaoyang. The Russians made tenacious opposition. A correspondent south of Liaoyang describes the Japanese as making the gradual ascent of slopes and entrenching preparatory to making irresistible infantry assaults. EVACUATION OF MUKDEN COMMENCED. The Mukden correspondent of the newspaper Russ says tne evacuation of Mukden has begun Owing to the open country, Mnkden is considered indefensible. It is expected the Russians will make a stand at Teeling, 49 miles northward, where a mountainous position is fortified, THREE NEW ARMY CORPS. St Petersburg telegrams to the French newspapers announce that three new army corps will be mobilised. The crnisers Lancashire and Suffolk are patrolling the Straits of Gibraltar. The Czar and Dowager Czarina have inspected the Baltic fleet.
