TRANSVAAL BULLION DISCOVERED. As a sequel to the Transvaal war, General Kemp’s brother discovered beyond Splendken, buried bullion specie, estimated to be worth a quarter of a million. It is supposed to have been r. moved from Pretoria before Lord Roberts’ entry into the town. The Government receives half the find.
