Moore) v. W. B. Reid, claim £3 5s yd, costs 3s, solicitor’s fee ss. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. C. T. Easton (Mr R. Moore) v. Arthur Hall, claim £29 9s 3d. Plaintiff gave evidence that after he had obtained judgment defendant had sold all his goods and then left the district. Plaintiff also gave evidence as to what goods had been sold. Oliver Austin gave evidence that after the sale he received £B4, the amount for which lie held a bill-of-sale from Hall. Part of the goods sold by Hall had been originally bought lor £l2O. There was no appearance of defendant, and the S.M. made an order for payment forthwith, in default three weeks’ imprisonment in Wanganui Gaol.
