THE RUSSIAN COMMANDER. IN-CHIEF. Advices from two sources state that General Kuropatkin has been compelled to move in response to an urgent feeling in St. Petersburg. The Daily Express states he has gone to the south-east of Liaoyang. It is officially announced that General Kuroki is advancing from Samaki.
