Accidently Poisoned.
At tbe adjourned inquest on Amy Sarah Dewey, at Christchurch on Thursday, an analysis 01 the body showed traces of .ytry-hnine -ir* the stomach. Charles Brooke, chemist, stated that he had filled a proscription for the deceased, and had mixed tho contents in a mortar in which he had previously been grinding strychnine. The jury returned a verdict that death was due to strychnine poisoning, poison having been inadvertently mixed in the medicine by the chemist.
