WAR WITH BULGARIA IMMINENT.

The Monastic correspondent of The Times states that Turkish circles consider that war with Bulgaria is imminent Hilmi Pasha, Turkish Governor of Macedonia, declares that he sees no other solution.

Steps are being taken to mobilise the Mustahfuz, or final reserves.

The Daily Mail asserts it is officially estimated that 25,000 wellarmed and efficiently-commanded insurgents are in the field.

Russia and Austria have invited the Powers to unitedly urge Bulgaria to sever all connection with the Macedonian Committee, at the same time warning her that she will not be helped in the event of war with Turkey. Britain stipulates that there shall be unanimity among the Powers.
