Subscribers are requested to report any irregularity in the delivery of their paper. Published every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Price per copy, id. TO ADVERTISERS. Alterations to standing advertisements in this journal cannot be made oftener than once a month. No exceptions will be made to this rule, unless by special arrangement. Copy of replace advertisements must be sent in on the morning previous to the day when publication is required. For casual advertisements the same rates as Metropolitan newspapers will be charged. Wanteds, &c., of fourteen words, is per insertion.
