Justices’ Court.

(Before Messrs T. Westwood and A# Friser, J.’s P. THIS DAY. William Kinley, charged with being drank, was convicted and diseharged. The same offender was charged with wilfully damaging a door, the property of W. F. Gray, to the extent of £3 Fined 10s, coats ss, and to pay £8 amount of damage. The offender went to the Post Office Hotel at 11.80 p.m. and wanted a bed, and on being told be could not get one he replied he would have a bed or annoy every one all night, then getting a scantling and smashing the door and window in.
