TROUBLE WITH THE SWAZIS. Ttfe Standard states that a force of constabulary, with two Maxim guns, has been sent to the Swazi border, in South Africa, owing to difficulty arising over the hut tax. It is hoped the trouble will not prove serious. It is stated that Dinizulu is advising the Zulus in the Transvaal to avoid payment of the increased hut tax.
