Palmerston, this day. Part of the Motoa Estate, comprising some 6000 acres, was put up for sale to-day by Messrs Abraham & Williams. The attendance was large. *■ The estate has been cut up into 54 sections of various sizes, and sold as under— „ , . Section 1, containing 28a Ir 16p, was bought by Mr McDonnell, £25 5s per acre. Section 3, containing 20a 8r Sop, was bought by Mr D. Whibloy, £25 10s per acre. • Section 4, containing s la 2r 2p, was bought by Mr G. Towers, £24 per acre. Section 5, containing 64a Sr lop, was bought by Mr McDonnell, £24 per acre. Section 8. containing 29a jr sp, was bought by Mr Robinson, £ti 5s per acre. Section 9, containing or 14P, was bought by Mr Towers, £tß 10* per acre. , .
