Sale of Work and Social Evening.

A sale of winter garments was held by the All Saints' Sewing Bee, ia the pariah scheolroora, yosterd ay afttraoon and evening. The stall of werk rcpraseated the labours of the ladies for some weeks past, and made a capital exhibition of seasonable clothing. Very satisfactory business was done, and a substantial sum added to the Guild’s funds, kfesdaraes A. S. Easton and Whyte where in charge of the stall; and many other ladies were busy about the refreshment room, where tea and and coffee wefe dispensed to numerous vlsitora. In the evening games and competitions were indulged in, and a very happy time spent. Songs were sung by Miss Hamer and Mr A. Janks, and the piano was kept well employed. The instrument was very kindiy supplied out of the stock of Meserc Gilunder Bros.
