Russia's Navy.
The Russian cruiser Djighitt has arrived at Sydney. After refitting she proceeds to Port Arthur to join the fleet in the Eastern waters [A cable message, published stated that during the current year Russia will increase her Far. Eastern squadron to nine battleships, eleven large cruisers, eight small cruisers and forty-one torpedo vessels, with three admirals, 823 officers and 15,571 men.]
