The Easter Encampment.

It is very probable that the volunteers of Maaterton and Greytown will attend the encampment at Foxton, as they have asked the permission of Col. Watt to join, who is quite willing if Col. Webb and General Babbington agree. It, has been arranged for the Wellington Battalion to work from Levin and camp at Wirokino on Saturday night. During Saturday the attack will be made, and the two forces will dispute the passage of the river. It is proposed that the Wellington men march into Foxton on Easter Sunday and camp on the racecourse. The mounted men from Feilding and Palmerston are coming to the Foxton camp.
