Domingo, the next m largest West India island to Cuba, W revolutionists, have captured the city of Santo Domingo, capital of the R lsanypeopk were killed or wounded in the streets, and political prisoners were released. _ Those killed include S. Escemque, Assistant Governor - General, and General Pena, commander ot toe troops. , '
