Private information has been 1 received from London that Mr Cadman has succeeded in floating an ironsand company with a capital of a quarter of a million, provisional upon a slight extension of the terms of lease by the Harbour Board. The question of site of the works —whether Parapara, Patea or New Plymouth—will be settled by an expert from Home.,
