Mr Austin, who with Mrs Austin is now taking up his residence in Foxton will be a great help in promoting our local town band into one of the best. For a number of years Mr Austin has conducted the band at Levin as leader, and- under his guidance the band flourished. The Levin people were sorry to part with him, and we are glad to welcome him amongst us.
