P. Robinson deposed that he had been selling fish to defendant for the past three months. He had*never had a conversation with defendant not to send fish. He had been sending regularly from the start, George Bushett deposed-, that .it waa the custom to send fish until stopped, having two or three days' notice prior to stopping. Claimant non-suited, .

Mr Fraser said he bad given verbal notice and had by distress endeavoured to secure the rent, but unsuccessfully. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs lls, and defendant was ordered to give up possession thiar day week. E. J. Snow v. J. Dawson.-—Claim £1 7s 6d.
Defendant admitted claim and offered 10s a month.
Claimant accepted offer, and judgment was for the amount and costs, CRIMINAL. The police applied for a prohibition Older against Martin Karena. Constable Forster mad a the application on behalf of the wife. Order granted to apply to the whole of the Mar, a watu Licensing district. The police against John McGill , lysing a prohibited person ' a id pr-ooure liquor from Mr at the racecourse booth, Lndet Section 49 of the Act of 1882. Defendant admitted charge but thought that as it came from Marion he octdd drink the liquor. The S.M. fined the defendant 20s and costa 7s, in default 48 hours imprisonment. - John McGill was charged, being a prohibited person, with getting Poutaba Hemura to procure liquor for him, Defendant admitted the offence. Fined ss, costs 7s, witness Ba, in default imprisonment. Charles Peterson was charged with ■ allowing a to cow wander at large ; on the railway line. No appearance of defendant. Find 6s, costa 7s.
Leo Alzdorf was charged with allowing a mace at foal to wander on the Norbiton road. The animals were pounded. Fined Is, costs 7s t I OLD AGE PENSION ( Sarah M. Collins was granted a renewal of £l2 on old age pension.
