THIS DAY. (Before E. S. Thynne and Dr Bennett, J’3.P-) Wbata Wi Kohika for using threatening behaviour was fined ss, costs 7s, and Interpreter’s fee 7s 6d, in default 48 hours imprisonment. Carl P. Nelson, A. Arbon and E. Faulkner were charged with having
horses wandering in the street* and were convicted and fined is* costa 7s.
Stove Lyons charged with using obscene and indecent language was convicted and fined 20s, costs 7s, witness 3, in default 7 days’ imprisonment.
