Councillor Nodine to move:— That according to section 85, subsection 7 of the “Counties Act, 1886,” Mr John Davies was on the 12th day of November last incapable of being elected to this Council.
Councillor Nodine to move:— That steps be taken to have a special audit of the county accounts.
Councillor Venn to move :—That the tender for construction of the Oban high level bridge be re-con-sidered, and if found necessary, tbe resolution passed at last Council meeting with regard to the lowest of same be rescinded.—Otaki Mail.
