Army Supplies.

MEAT FOR SOUTH AFRICA

The War Office is calling for tenders for the supply of fresh and frozen meat for the troops in South Africa for a year from the Ist of April next. Tenders are to be filled in locally and lodged by the 3rd February next. The meat must be of British or Imperial production if possible. It is necessary to lodge the tenders at Capetown, Pietermaritzburg and Pretoria for War Office meat supplies.
