Sentence for Conspiracy.
James Henderson has been seiitenced to seven years’ imprisonment in Brisbane, on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the Eailway Department of a large sum of money. Henderson was the chief witness in the' case, wherein one Campbell claimed £2ooo damages for falling out of a train.
Henderson disappeared subsequently (after Campbell had received Seven years perjury), but was arrested in Victoria,
