Wedding.
CAPM BELL—HARRIS,
On Tuesday last a very quiet wedding was solemnised at the residence of the bride’s mother, Mainstreet, by the Eav. W. Harris, when Edith, the third daughter of John and Constance Harris, of Foxton, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to James A. Cam pell, the third son of Captain Campbell, of Wellington. After the ceremony the guests sat down to a very choice breakfast, and the health and future happiness of the happy pair being enthusiastically toasted. The bride and bridegroom left by the afternoon train for Wanganui, where part of their honeymoon is to be spent, in viewing the beautiful scenery on the Wanganui river.
The many friends of both contracting parties will most heartily wish them a long and prosperous voyage in their new sphere of life.
