Acceptances close on ground. . Competitors in amateur events must be members of the N Z- A.A.A.
Three competitors to start or no Ist piize: four, or no and ; five, or no 3rd. All competitors must be on their marks at the appointed time for each event, and anyone not answering the starter’s'call may be disqualified.
The Committee may require any competitor to prove his identity further than by declaration should they think fit to do so, and will reserve‘the right to strike out any event should there not he sufficient entries to satisfy them.
Competitors leaving their mark be fore the pistol is fired will be put back one yard fir each offence, and anyone not going hack when required may be disqualified. Snap-cap no start. -Any competitor found jostling will be immediately disqualified. All protests must lie made within 15 minutes of race finishing, accompanied with a deposit of tos, which Will be forfeited the protest be considered frivolous, and all protests against competitors entering under false or incorrect performance shall be decided at S o’clock in the evening, or later if the Committee deem necessary, and ail prize mqncy held over. No cviopetitor shall he allowed to sit on ary protest, nor give any information unless asked for. The 'Committee reserve the right to postpone the sports from day to day should (he weather prove unfavourable, and their decision shall be final in connection with carrying out this programme. - Costumes to be approved of by (he Committee, and any person not running iu lb« colors sent in will be fined 2$ 6d, and any competitor not making the required dcc.i. - *ticu shall not be entitled to claim any? prize,.-
