Court Pride of Foxton, A.O.F.

After the usual business had been transacted on Tuesday evening last the above Court held an enjoyable social, several being present on the invitation of members. Songs were rendered by Mr W. Hooker, Bros.. Geo., Stiles, T. Curtis, A. and R. Baker, P.C.R.’s, and others, Bro, Stiles presiding at the organ. The secretary,- in the unavoidable absence of the C.R. and S.C.R. made a presentation to Bros. A. and R. Baker of P.C.R. ribbons. Refreshments were provided by Mr M. Perreau. The evening was passed very pleasantly, and other evenings of the kind are spoken of as likely to eventuate later on.
