'OXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. The Council ,of the Borough of Buxton hereby makes (by Special Order) the following By-law under and by virtue of the provisions of “ The: Municipal Corporation Act, i 1900,” the “Public Health Act, 1900,” and the various Acta amending the same, and all other Acta and power’s whatsoever enabling it in that behalf, such By-law to come into force on the first day of January, 1903. A Special Meeting of the above Council will be held on MONDAY, 29th September, to confirm this Special Order.
