The Berlin “Post” states that Germany is willing to concede Hoi* land a trade convention, and also to guarantee the Dutch colonies, Ger-, many in return using the Dutch fleet* and harbours in the event of war.
The visit of Dr Kuyper, the Batch Premier, to Vienna, Turin and Gee* many, is much commented upon.
