LOUIS BOTHA INTERVIEWED. General Botha, in the course of an interview, declared that the Boer Government daring the war was in South Africa, not in Holland. The English pro-Boers, he said, did the Boers no good. COLONIAL VOLUNTEERS. The Rand Rifles are organising on a volunteer basis. They will, with six mounted corps, constitute the nucleus of a colonial volunteer force. BOER DOCUMENTS. The “ Globe ’’ demands the publication, without fear or favour, of the Boer documents handed over to the British authorities at Pilgrim’s Rest. It says the Empire is entitled, after the the sacrifices it has made, to know how far the costly struggle has been due to Continental animosity.
