GENERAL BOTHA,
The Marquis of Tullibardine is forming a corps of Scottish Volunteers _ at Johannesburg, the War Office providing horses and equipment. The Bloemfontein correspondent of “ The Times ” suggests that General Botha should be attached to the staff of the British Army Corps at Aldershot. Members of Canadian Contingents are allowed by their Government to take their discharge in Soulh Africa if desirous to settle there. THE CAPE CONSTITUTION. Fifteen thousand persons at Capetown have signed the petition in favour of a suspension of the Cape Constitution. , GENERAL CRONJE- . General Cronje, at St. Helena, has signed allegiance to the King.
