Fighting In Hayti.
A revolution foW broken out in Hayti, and there has been severe lighting. The Government’s vessels bombarded Cape Haytien without notice, and there was a bail of shots in the street throughout Sunday. ' The Consuls embarked on board a cruiser. [Hayti is a Republic and is the western portion of the island of San Domingo, one of the-West India Islands. Cape Haytien lies about 90 miles north of Port au Prince, the capital. The Republic is a negro one and very unstable, few Presidents being permitted to serve their term of office, which is for seven years. The negro republicans have gone back to the lowest typo of African barbarism.]
