During the evening severjajgSgß were contributed, and much appreciated, the following ladies and gentlemen taking part :—Mrs Currie, Misses Hamer and Spring, and Messrs Reid and James. Before the commencement of the programme “ God Save the King” was sung by those assembled, and on its conclusion “ Old Lang Syne." The programme for the evening wasist Part—March Waltz, Lancers, Song, Tennis Dance, Quadrille, Waltz, Song, Maznrka, Waltz, Song, Lancers, ist extra (supper); and Part—-and extra, Lancers, Song, Barn Dance, Waltz, Schottische, Song, Lantiers, Waltz, Song, Tennis Dance, Polka. Much of the success of the evening is due to the efforts of the lady secretaries, Misses Haywood and Austin, who had everything so arranged to make it so enjoyable. The Ladies’ Committee in another column thank the ladies and gentlemen for kind assistance.
