BOERS LEAVING ST. HELENA* Four hundred and seventy-eight Boers at St. Helena signed allegiance to the King, marched to the harbour carrying Union Jacks, and, headed by a band, embarked amidst intense enthusiasm. LORD KITCHENER. A great public welcome is being arranged for Lord Kitchener on his arrival in London. There will probably be a procession through London, in which his Lordship will be escorted by war veterans who arrived by the transport Bavarian.
